Grease Car Diesel Day - Waste Oil Recyclers, Modena PA (Google Map) Waste Oil Recyclers is a local company which collects used cooking
oil for use as fuel domestically.
The business is centered on the mission of improving air quality while
reducing dependence on foreign fuel sources. They will be hosting a
Grease Car Diesel Day at their facility on 10/10. This event offers an
opportunity for those with veggie oil fueled cars to perform repairs
which may need an additional pair of hands, swap stories involving tips
on maintaining a grease powered fuel system, and provide information on
switching diesel powered vehicles to run on grease. It will be a bring
your own parts event, but tools will be shared and know-how is free. Waste Oil Recyclers is located outside of Philadelphia in Western Chester County. For additional information contact Nicole Cerami or call Waste Oil Recyclers at 610.505.0250. You can find even more local events on 350.org's searchable database! Go for it! |
